Poker games are played using different rules and in varied styles and each version of the game offers challenges to the players. Winning hands is the only rule which unite all the types of poker games. "Stud games", "draw games" and "Community card games" are the different categories of games involved in poker. Methods to play poker games:
To begin the play sit around a table comfortably and distribute the chips to all the players who involve in the game and then decide on the first dealer. All the players must have knowledge about the winning hand scale.
Community card:
In the game betting process proceeds in clockwise direction around the table. The dealer must face down one card in the middle of the table, face up three cards after betting. Betting process continues after each deal and the player with five card combination gets the pot.
Stud:
Rules for the betting process are similar to community card game. Dealing and betting process continues till each of the players has 4 face-up cards. Pot is won after the final round by the player who has five-card hand.
Draw:
Rules of the game are similar to Community card game. In this game after completing a single round of betting the player has the opportunity to discard the cards he chooses from his set. Pot is taken by the player who has the five card hand.
